More than just a job …
• We help you grow. As a new employee, you get a mentor who helps you get started at Softhouse. You’ll also go to a bootcamp together with other new co-workers where you learn more about your professional role, our business approach and methodologies such as Lean & Agile, efficient software, etc. When on an assignment with a customer you are never alone: either you work in a Softhouse team or you work with an assignment coach. We help you progress through regular coordination of your personal development plan.
• We develop together. Each office holds regular seminars on new industry trends and you often have the chance to participate when our consultants hold lectures for external visitors.
